Tuition Fees Terms and Conditions and Withdrawal Policy
All new students who wish to withdraw from class may do so provided he or she submits a written application to withdraw within TEN days of admission. Existing students may withdraw from any course or a program at any given time by writing officially, requesting for a withdrawal form. This must be submitted to the University’s Registrar for clearance and approval. Grades of WP and WF will be recorded against the student’s transcripts for the course in which he enrolled at the time of withdrawal. If a student leaves without completing his or her course or program in the middle of a semester without officially applied for withdrawal, the grade of I or WF will be recorded on the student’s transcripts..
Tuition Fees Terms and Conditions and Refund Withdrawal
All Fees are Non-Refundable except Tuition Fees. Refund Policy on Tuition Fee is based on the starting date of a program or course. All Refunds will attract an administrative fee of $25.00. Book fees (if any) and Tuition fees for courses received before withdrawal Form is submitted will be due and payable with no refund. Beginning of a class shall be twelve days after course materials are shipped to the student with post mark date. For on-campus students, seven days applies.
